ECC WATERBORNE EPOXY RESIN FLAT COATING FLOOR SYSTEM
ESD anti-static epoxy resin self-leveling coating floor system is a floor coating material system with waterborne epoxy resin as the main component, mainly used for floor decoration and protection of industrial, commercial, and civil buildings. Waterborne epoxy resins are more environmentally friendly than traditional solvent-based epoxy resins because they contain fewer volatile organic compounds (VOCs), reducing the harm to the environment and construction workers.
Base material treatment: Clean and polish the concrete base surface to ensure there is no oil stain, sludge, cement chips, or other attachments.
Primer coating: Brush coating, roller coating, spray coating, and other processes can be used to evenly coat the base surface. Itis strictly
prohibited from scratching materials during the primer construction;
ECC Flat Coating mortar coating: After mixing, immediately use a trowel to push the material onto the primed dry surface, allowing it to naturally level and defoam.
Primer coating: Enhance penetration and adhesion;
Surface coating: Roller coating waterborne epoxy resin, flat coating finish;
