LIQUID PARTING AGENT CURING FLOOR
Liquid sealant curing agent floor system is a special material system used for building floors, mainly used in industrial, commercial, and some storage areas. The system forms a strong and wear-resistant floor by mixing special liquid sealants and curing agents together.
Construction Process
Surface treatment: First, use a 50-300 mesh grinding disc to thoroughly grind the floor until it feels smooth, and use a vacuum cleaner or other tools to thoroughly clean the dust on the floor so that the pores of the floor can fully absorb the material.
Spraying material: Spray 1-3 coats of liquid concrete sealant curing agent until the surface is crystallized. Allow it to penetrate naturally for 30-60 minutes, then rinse the floor with clean water (no need to rinse for crystal-clear liquid concrete sealant), and use a floor scrubber to clean the surface crystals.
Preliminary polishing: After maintenance (3-6h), wait for the floor to dry thoroughly, and then polish it 1-2 times with a 500-mesh grinding disc.
Spraying material: Use a sprayer to evenly apply the liquid concrete sealant on the floor, let it react for about 10-30 minutes, then rinse the floor with clean water (no need to rinse for crystal-clear liquid concrete sealant), and use a floor scrubber to clean the surface crystals.
Fine polishing: Use 800-3000 mesh grinding discs for fine grinding until the surface meets the smoothness requirements; if the brightness requirements are extremely high, spray the protective agent with a sprayer, and polish it with a resin grinding disc after the surface is dry. Avoid over-polishing; if waxing is required, apply the selected floor wax to the floor surface, and do not apply excessively. After drying for about 1~3 hours, polish with a polishing pad to achieve the required brightness. Avoid over-polishing.
Applicable Places
1. Areas that require a clean environment and have certain requirements for the dust content in the air, but are not suitable for surface coating materials.
2. Any new and old concrete base surfaces, terrazzo, cement-based wear-resistant floors, cement mortar surface layers and other cement-based building material surfaces that require hardness, high wear resistance, and high impermeability indoors and outdoors, such as factories, shopping centers, warehouses, parking lots, service stations, hangars, freight distribution centers, etc.

Wear resistance: The penetrating sealing hardening material can solidify the various components in the concrete into a hard entity to increase the hardness and density. After the ground is mature, the wear resistance will be increased to more than 8 times.

Dustproof: The penetrating sealing hardening material reacts chemically with the silicate in the concrete to form a dust-free and dense whole on the concrete surface, permanently controlling the precipitation of concrete dust from the surface gaps.
Anti-slip: For general concrete floors, saline and alkali components will precipitate from the surface, causing slipping. However, the ground treated with the penetrating sealing hardening material is different. It forms a solid and dense whole on the concrete surface, and the saline and alkali components will not precipitate from the surface.

Compression resistance: The compressive strength of the treated sample is 25% higher than that of the untreated sample, and the flexural strength is also improved.
Anti-seepage: The penetrating sealing and hardening material can effectively penetrate into the concrete and react chemically with it, locking the pores inside, and having a permanent sealing effect on the concrete surface, which can effectively inhibit water, oil, and other surface dirt from entering the concrete.
