Project Features
The vinyl heavy-duty anti-corrosion floor is made of corrosion-resistant vinyl resin and glass fiber surface felt as the corrosion-resistant layer, vinyl resin material and alkali-free glass fiber cloth as the lifting layer, and a layer of solid and continuous protective glass fiber anti-corrosion organic chemical safety protection layer is pasted on the basic surface of the concrete to prevent the erosion ofchemical acid and alkali salts on the substrate. According to the application environment, material temperature, concentration value, and other indicators, as well as anti-corrosion regulations, different materials and construction techniques are used.
Construction Process
Plain ground treatment: Polishing, dust removal, and repair.
Vinyl anti-corrosion primer: Apply one coat by scraping.
Vinyl anticorrosive medium paint (paved with glass fiber cloth): Several layers shall be paved according to the design;
Vinyl ester batch coating: Apply several layers according to the design.
Vinyl anticorrosive topcoat: Apply two coats with a roller or one coat with a trowel.
