EPOXY RESIN SELF-LEVELING FLOOR SYSTEM

The epoxy resin anti-static self-leveling floor system is a floor solution specially designed for places that require anti-static functions. It uses epoxy resin as a material, combined with conductive materials and self-leveling technology to form a flat, smooth, and anti-static floor surface. It is widely used in industries that are sensitive to static electricity, such as electronic manufacturing, medicine, chemicals, and data centers.

Substrate treatment: polish and clean the floor, requiring the substrate to be dry and free of hollows.
Primer coating: enhance penetration and adhesion;

Middle coating: design the middle coating mortar sanding process according to the ground thickness required;
Laying copper foil: laying horizontally and vertically crosswise;

Batch coating: Use two coats of conductive batch coating to ensure the continuity of conductivity.
Top coating: trowel epoxy resin anti-static self-leveling flat paint.
