COLORED SEALER CURING CONCRETE FLOOR
The dyeing seal curing agent floor system is a floor treatment solution that combines dyeing and sealing curing technology. It combines dyes with seal curing agents to not only give the floor rich colors, but also enhance the hardness, wear resistance, and anti-seepage performance of the floor. This system is widely used in industrial, commercial, and residential floors, which is both beautiful and practical.
Surface treatment: First, use a 50-500 mesh grinding disc to thoroughly polish the floor until it feels smooth, and use a vacuum cleaner or other tools to thoroughly clean the dust on the floor so that the floor pores can fully absorb the material.
Spraying materials: After the surface is dry, spray two layers of dye. After the first layer of dye is applied, wait for the surface to dry for 6-8 hours, and then apply the second layer of dye. The amount is about 0.2kg/m² (terrazzo or diamond sand floor); Use a sprayer to wet the surface with crystal-clear liquid concrete sealing and curing agent, let it penetrate naturally for 30-60 minutes, and maintain (3-6h) the floor. Use a sprayer to evenly apply the crystal-clear liquid concrete sealing and curing agent on the dried floor and let it penetrate naturally.
Fine polishing: After the crystal-clear liquid concrete sealing and curing agent is applied for 6-8 hours, use a polishing machine to install 500 mesh, 800 mesh, 1000 mesh, Dry polishing with 1500 mesh, 2000 mesh, and 3000 mesh grinding discs (dry polishing is guaranteed during the polishing process, and no water is allowed to be used during the operation), fine polishing is performed three to four times until the customer's requirements are met, and the surface is cleaned with a vacuum cleaner;
Spraying protective agent: spray protective agent (about 0.05kg/m²) after the floor is clean and dry; after it is naturally dried (about 6-8 hours), polish with 2000-3000 mesh resin discs (dry polishing is guaranteed during the polishing process, and no water is allowed to be used).
